Mulnivasi Karmachari Kalyan Mahasangh (MKKM) is an Employees Organisation belongs to SC/ST/OBC and Converted Religious Minorities. MKKM is an offshoot wing of BAMCEF and formed as per the decision of General Body of BAMCEF for undertaking issues of the employees. Mulnivasi Karmachari Kalyan Mahasangh was registered bearing Regd. No. S/1430/2016.
As per the Indian Constitution, Public Servants are employed under Union Government, State Governments, Union Territories and Local Bodies, their subordinate organisations, Public Sector Undertakings, Public Sector Corporations, autonomous organisations, commercial and non-commercial organisations, Industrial-Non Industrial Establishments, organized and unorganised sectors etc.
These employees are divided into departments, services, cadres, branches, units, Technical-Non Technical, Scientific Non-Scientific, Gazetted Non-Gazetted, Permanent-Temporary, Regular-casual/Contractual, recruited or outsourced, Agricultural Non-Agricultural, semi-self employed or Home Servants etc. The Private Sector employees are also divided in organized and unorganized sectors. The total workforce in this country is more than 40 Crores out of which 90% are belonging to SC/ST/OBC and Converted Religious Minorities.
These employees are facing many service problems in their work places and out of work places. To resolve their problems at National Level, State Level, District Level these workforce need to be awakened, Trained, developed, organised and mobilised at National, State, District Levels.
MKKM is formed to make the executive class of the Country a truly representative at all level and of good people, efficient, representative and based on the principles of justice, equality, liberty and fraternity. This shall ensure implementation of the Constitution in its letter and spirit and permanent solution of these employees/workers.
